Definitely used -- some cover & page wear, and former owner apparently made the Guardian Angel and Children set, as there are highlighter marks on the Materials list and red and green marker and/or pencil notations on several graphs to keep track of holes. The marks don't obscure any of the instructions, but might be distracting.

The Needlecraft Shop Heavenly Messengers: Unity, designed by Sandra Miller-Maxfield and Fran Rohus, The Needlecraft Shop, 1995. Bride angel, worked in 7 and 14-count plastic canvas. SERIOUS CONDITION PROBLEMS: Wet stains all the way through, approx. 2" in on either side of staples (obviously got wet at spine). Front cover has huge gouge in the wet stain area -- apparently stuck to something else and piece ripped out when they were separated. All graphs intact and clean, and no sign of mildew or mold, but if you are sensitive, I'd pass on this one just in case.
