Welcome to Treasured Heirlooms Crochet!
This website was created in 2005 to showcase fine, original crochet patterns by designer Michelle Crean, who has been creating patterns for publication by companies such as Annie's Attic, The Needlecraft Shop, Annie Potter Presents, and Herrschners since 1980. In the fall of 2007, we added a "Vintage Pattern Shop," featuring older, out-of-print patterns. Shortly after that, we began carrying a limited supply of brand-new pattern books. In June 2009, because you asked, we added Treasured Heirlooms Plastic Canvas, Quilting, Knitting, and Cross-Stitch Shops! At Treasured Heirlooms Crochet, we strive for quick and courteous customer service. We appreciate our customers, and want to be sure that they know it! Treasured Heirlooms Crochet is a subsidiary of Hook And Web Designs. Top of pageOrdering Information:Treasured Heirlooms Crochet features secure, online ordering through PayPal. All transactions will be conducted via their secure site. Click on the "Add to Cart" button to order. Any time you wish to see what items are in your shopping cart, just click on the "View Cart" button. When you are ready to checkout, use the "View Cart" button to get to the Secure Checkout form on PayPal. Payment options will be explained there. When your order is complete, PayPal will email your order to Hook and Web Designs, the "parent company" of Treasured Heirlooms Crochet. We'll confirm by email and try to ship your order within 48 hours. Unless otherwise noted, prices do NOT include shipping and handling (see chart below). This will be added at Checkout, as will a 6% sales tax for all orders shipping to Michigan. Top of pagePattern Delivery Options:We ship all pattern booklets, leaflets, and magazines by US Priority Mail, with tracking and delivery confirmation. International orders are welcome; please see shipping information below. Please note: Due to the copyright laws, ALL of the Vintage patterns on this site may only be sold as part of the publications in which they appear (or on actual pages removed from the original publications). I cannotsell scans or copies of these patterns by email. However, when ordering my Hook and Web Exclusive Designs (patterns in the first category on the links bar at the left), you will find separate ordering buttons giving you the option of receiving your patterns via priority mail, or via email in the form of a PDF (thus saving shipping costs and delivery time). Orders for emailed PDF's are processed exactly the same way that print orders are: PayPal relays me the shopping cart information, and I will get your order out to you by return email. I am generally at my computer between 9 am - 5 pm Eastern time, M - F. Top of pageWhat is a PDF?PDF means "Portable Document Format," which can be read by all computers regardless of operating system as long as the Acrobat Reader is installed on the computer. The main benefit of this format is, documents can be emailed! Please note: ONLY my Hook and Web Exclusive Designs patterns are available in PDF! Again, as soon as I receive your order from PayPal, I will email the patterns to you. I try to fill orders immediately, but sometimes I am away from my computer for the day. Please give me 24 hours after ordering, then feel free to Email info@TreasuredHeirloomsCrochet.com if your patterns aren' t in your inbox. Hint: please also check your "spambox" if you haven't received your patterns. Sometimes, an over-zealous spamblocker will automatically delete emails with pdf attachments. If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, you can download it quickly, easily, and for free from the link below: Note: emailed patterns are protected under the US Copyright Laws. You may print for your own use, but please do not distribute to others in any form, either printed or electronic, and please do not resell. Top of pageShipping & Handling (unless otherwise stated):Please notethat, though I try to make tracking available on all US and International orders, once I entrust a shipment to the US Postal Service, I no longer have any control over it.
