Designs from cottages to castles and everything in between-- including borders, samplers, a treehouse, an outhose, a birdhouse, and a doghouse!. Tag residue on front cover, looks like bottom inside corner may have gotten damp all the way through, but otherwise very good used condition.

This book has seen some serious use -- heavy wear, some page spotting, but everything is here, no markings, and it's all easily readable. There may also be a faint odor, possibly of damp, but I can't pin it down.

Everything's here and readable, and they are really really cute!
